Foundational Philosophy

Lessons learned from horses are used as the foundation of our coaching. Whether it’s a virtual coaching session or a coaching session with a horse co-facilitator, the leadership lessons of the horse apply. Red Clover Leadership partners with individuals and/or organizations to offer a variety of services to help grow and transform leaders.

For over 55 million years, horses have roamed North America. Horses have been intertwined with human culture for thousands of years. The behavior of horses and the herd are rich with lessons that can be applied to leading people including oneself. The Ten Lessons Learned from the Horse© guide the consulting and coaching provided by Red Clover Leadership. These lessons are:
